Obviously everyone
around the world is a CHOCOLATE LOVER ((and I am absolutely one of them))…;)..Chocolate
is a raw processed food produced from the seed of the tropical theobroma cacao
tree . its earliest documented use is around 1100BC. The seeds of the cacao
tree have an intense bitter taste and must be fermented to develop the flavor.
After fermentation , the beans are dried , then cleaned and then roasted. The
shell is removed to produce cacao nibs ( the nibs are then ground to cacao
mass) . Pure chocolate then comes in rough form .There are lots of chocolate
types formed , like baking chocolate which is bitter chocolate , there is the
main one which is the sweet chocolate , milk chocolate and white chocolate……
These days chocolate
has become one of the most popular food types and flavors in the world . People
use chocolate as gifts and sometimes its traditional on certain holidays :D
