crocodiles and alligators

an alligator isnt quite the same as a crocodile : these pairs of animals are very similar but they do have certain differences . if you look carefully you will be able to spot the small differences taht an occur between them . alligators for instance are generally smaller than thier relatives the crocodiles . they have more ounded snouts . they also have two large teeth shwing when thier mouth is shut . caimanscre part of the same family as crocodiles and alligators , but are closely related to alligators , they spectaceld caiman gets its name from the ridge between its eyes . this looks like the bridge of a pair of spectacles !!! crocodiles and alligators also have some other , very special and rather surprising close relations hey ar the closest living elative of the dinosaurs !?! the dinosaur were also reptiles taht lived millions of years ago . no one knows why , nut all of the dinosaurs died about 60 milliom years ago . for some reason , certian other animals survived and lived like the crocodile , alligators and also trutels managed to survive and carry on with the breeding of thier species and who knows maybe they might live another 60 milliom years .
