FOOTBALL

Football, aka. Soccer is my favorite sport, it is a world of passion, energy and also love, a football team unites thousands and thousands of people around the world, sometimes not only for a team but for also a certain player, for example nowadays Lionel Messi is the football star and he inspires a lot of people, some children want to grow up to be footballers because they were inspired and influenced by Messi. Football has been going on for more than 2000 years ago it started out with kicking a leather ball who ever knew it would become one of the top sports in the world. In some places football is a life style, for instance in Libya the boys grow up playing football with their neighbors in the streets or with their family siblings, also in schools most kids prefer to play football in the physical education period than other sports. Supporting a team in football and watching your team play against other teams is like watching one of your family members compete against another person, you try your best to support them as much as you can and pray from the bottom of your heart that they will win, when my favorite team loses (Arsenal F.C.) I do get really upset but there is always hope inside me that we will do better in the next match and that all players have room for improvements. I’m also not very competitive I respect everyone’s decisions on which team they support no matter how bad the team is, because some people are born to love a certain team, that could be from watching matches with their fathers or brothers or uncles etc.they grew up supporting a certain team and its extremely hard for a football supporter to abandon their team for the winning team .
