Sherlock Holmes

You have heard of the greatest fictional detective of all time? Maybe some of you have seen the movies, or maybe you might have read the books, or you may have opted for the Television shows of the last 50 years. Regardless, Sherlock Holmes, without a doubt has attracted viewers due to his unique way of solving the most complex cases, allowing him to stand up above the rest. Me, personally have read all the classic Sir Arthur Conan Doyle books, and I find them to be amusing in a way I can’t describe, the way Sir Arthur Conan Doyle combines the effect of the good and evil that lurks around London is just phenomenal. And, although Sherlock himself is a very queer character, the introduction of Dr John Watson is something that all readers can relate to, Holmes frequently asks of Watson’s opinions, only to be humiliated by the extraordinary observational skills of Holmes.

Many adaptations have been used of Sherlock Holmes through the years, in both Television and Film, many of you may have seen the Guy Ritchie films, although they are good in their own right, the best ever adaptation of Sherlock Holmes has to be the BBC version of 2010, Instead of going for the 19th Century Holmes, it has brought back Holmes to a modern day London, nothing has changed about Sherlock Holmes, only the setting and time. Anybody wants it I have it.

So to come to conclusion, Sherlock Holmes is the greatest fictional detective ever, nothing comes close to him, except maybe his arch nemesis, Professor James Moriaty. But if Moriaty finds out about this, I’m going to need Holmes to help me out.
